had an exceptional experience during my stay at this hotel just last week. The accommodations were superb in every aspect. The room was not only clean and comfortable but also beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable since i just got here for a quick vacay. The hotel's amenities, from the pool to the on-site restaurant, exceeded my expectations. The location was also convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. Overall, I had a fantastic time, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable stay.

Kindly train your guards to be more hospitable and friendly with greetings. Some of them are delaying services. The elevator button at floor 9, 102 hasn't been fixed for more than 5 months. This isn't acceptable. The maintenance team is filled with energetic personnel though.

me and my mom moved here in 2021 there is a few problem's in this condo but over im still 11 but over all kids here are so friendly and i love the basket ball especially when i play with my friends. i will stay here until i grow up

The particular condo unit we stayed in was building 101 unit 1208 was clean and cozy and has recently been repainted, refurbished which made it even more presentable the bed is firm the ambience is welcoming the only gripe I have is the low water pressure but even so you can still have a satisfactory shower. I highly recommend this particular unit.

Nice, basic studio-apartment. Swimmingpool and playground are provided. Basketball court is used for parking. Maintenance is needed though. Security is super friendly and really wants to help. Unfortunately the security is also needed, the neighbourhood is a bit on the less safe side of life (don't go out at night).

Unit owner here!🚩🚩🚩 Recently experienced some concerning issues at this condo. The board of trustees' decision to relocate motorcycle parking seemed inconsiderate, especially when there are more pressing problems like the constant, foul-smelling overflow drainage in front of the lobby. They resort to daily chlorine use, which is far from a solution. Even moderate rain causes significant flooding, turning the ground into a breeding ground for algae. The guards' lack of attentiveness, with some sleeping or using mobile phones during their duty hours, is quite concerning. Despite all these issues, the condo dues remain unreasonably high for the limited benefits provided to unit owners. PS. Bago man unta ang board of trustees pero mga mema man. Implementing useless policies para ingnon naay nabuhat.
